Returning an item

Marinalari.com is pleased to offer its customers the possibility to return an item that doesn’t keep up with their expectations. After receiving your item you have 14 days to return it to our boutique, by emailing customercare@marinalari.com with your personal information and the details of the item(s) you would like to return (order number, model, size). Item(s) should be returned within 14 days of informing us of your wish to return.

Online Return Policy

All items that are returned for a refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. If the item has a security tag, this must not be removed. If the security tag has been removed, the item will no longer be considered in compliance with our return policies and therefor it will not be refunded. Stockings must be returned in their original package and sealed. All underwear items must be tried on only over the top of other lingerie items. To ensure items are not damaged during shipping, we recommend returning all items in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Marinalari.com is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

Returns

Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
